Grip Training:
Use the main handle and squeeze to build forearm and full-hand strength. -
Finger Training:
Use the four-finger buttons to target individual finger strength and control. -
Pinch Training
Slide the thumb pad into place and squeeze to strengthen your pinch grip β great for slopers and volume holds.

Mix and match grip types or hold isometric squeezes for even more challenge.

π― Adjusting Resistance
- More resistance: Turn the front knob counterclockwise
- Less resistance: Turn the knob clockwise
π Switching Modes
To activate Finger Mode:
Press all four finger pads firmly, then slide the switch to lock them in place while keeping pressure applied.
To deactivate Finger Mode:
Flatten the finger pads and slide the switch back to off β again, while keeping pressure applied.

π§ Break-In Period
GripX may feel tight or less smooth initially due to new material stiffness. This is normal. With 1β2 days of regular use, components will loosen slightly and function with improved fluidity..
- Not recommended for children.
- Do not disassemble.
- Avoid inserting foreign objects or using while injured.
- Always use original parts.
