Refund Policy

At GoCrimp, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — please review the policy below carefully.


Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
If cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Please do not send returns to the manufacturer

Once your return request is approved, we will email you the return address and instructions.

Important return conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Returns must be shipped within 5 calendar days of receiving the return instructions

  • A valid tracking number must be provided within those 5 days

If the item is not shipped and no tracking number is provided within 5 days, the return request will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary

  3. Contact your bank — posting delays are common
